الدفع | Payment

تُسدد جميع الباقات مقدمًا، ويُثبت موعد الطالب بعد استلام الدفعة.

All lesson packages must be paid in advance. Lesson schedules are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

تجديد الباقة | Package Renewal

للحفاظ على الموعد الأسبوعي نفسه، يُرجى تجديد الباقة قبل آخر حصة.

To keep your regular weekly lesson time, please renew your package before your final scheduled lesson.

الاعتذار عن الحصص | Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling

يُرجى إبلاغ الاستوديو قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل في حال الرغبة بتغيير موعد الحصة. أما الاعتذار المتأخر أو عدم الحضور فيُحتسب من الباقة.

Please notify the studio at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule a lesson. Late cancellations or missed lessons will be deducted from your package.

## التأخر عن الموعد | Late Arrival

تنتهي الحصة في وقتها المحدد، ولا يتم تمديدها في حال التأخر.

Lessons end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended if the student arrives late.

مدة صلاحية الباقة | Package Validity

يُرجى إكمال الباقة خلال مدتها المحددة. ولمنح مرونة في حالات السفر أو الظروف الطارئة، تتضمن كل باقة فترة سماح إضافية لمدة شهر واحد. بعد انتهاء هذه الفترة، تُعتبر الحصص المتبقية منتهية ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك مع الاستوديو.

Packages should be completed within their designated validity period. To provide flexibility for travel or unexpected circumstances, each package includes a one-month grace period. Any remaining lessons expire after this period unless otherwise agreed with the studio.

الاسترداد | Refund Policy

لا يمكن استرداد قيمة الباقة بعد بدء الدروس.

Packages are non-refundable once lessons have started.

الطلاب العائدون | Returning Students

يسعدنا استقبال الطلاب العائدين حسب توفر المواعيد، مع العلم أنه لا يمكن ضمان الاحتفاظ بنفس الموعد أو بنفس سعر الباقة السابق.

Returning students are always welcome, subject to availability. Please note that previous lesson times and package prices cannot be guaranteed.

الظروف الطارئة | Studio Rescheduling

في حال اضطرت المعلمة إلى تأجيل أو إلغاء إحدى الحصص بسبب ظرف طارئ، سيتم تعويضها بموعد بديل مناسب دون أي رسوم إضافية.

If the teacher needs to postpone or cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement lesson will be arranged at no additional cost.

الموافقة على هذه السياسة | Acceptance of the Policy

إن حجز أي درس أو باقة يُعد موافقة على جميع البنود المذكورة أعلاه.

Booking any lesson or package constitutes acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
