Amina Piano Studio Policies

Payment
All lesson packages are prepaid. A student’s lesson time is confirmed once payment is received.

Renewal
To keep the same weekly lesson time, package renewal should be completed before the final lesson.

Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a lesson. Missed lessons or late cancellations are considered completed.

Late Arrival
Lessons finish at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the lesson.

Package Validity
Packages should be completed within their intended duration. To provide flexibility for travel or unforeseen circumstances, each package includes a one-month grace period. Any remaining lessons after this period will expire unless otherwise agreed by the studio.

Refunds
Packages are non-refundable once lessons have started.

Returning Students
Returning students are always welcome, subject to studio availability. Previous lesson times and package prices cannot be guaranteed.
